 In 2000 Pops' won the highest Honor in Hot Foods, The Fiery Food Challenge for his Chipotle Salsa.

This salsa has a rich flavor from the smoked jalapeño chilies (chipotles). 

It's not extremely hot and will be hit hit at any party.
